This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how Scapegoat ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information gathered through our proprietary front-end conversion tools and dynamic intake forms embedded across our network of partner websites.

3. NETWORK ROUTING AND DATA DISCLOSURE FOR QUOTE EVALUATION

Scapegoat does not sell submitted information to data brokers or third-party advertising companies and does not use submitted logistics profile information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Scapegoat operates a logistics quote-routing model that may disclose submitted business contact information and logistics profile information to the warehouse provider hosting the form and to matched logistics providers for the purpose of evaluating fulfillment fit, generating estimated pricing, and following up regarding fulfillment services requested by you.

By submitting an intake form through the Services, you authorize Scapegoat, the warehouse provider hosting the form, and matched logistics providers within the Scapegoat network to use and disclose your submitted business contact information and logistics profile information for the limited purposes described in this Policy, including quote evaluation, business introduction, and related follow-up regarding fulfillment services requested by you.

4. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

If you are a California resident, you may have certain rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, with respect to personal information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked to you.

At or before the time you submit information through the Services, Scapegoat may collect the categories of personal information described in this Policy, including contact information, business and logistics profile information, and limited technical and usage information.

We collect and use this information for the purposes of evaluating fulfillment requirements, calculating estimated pricing, generating quote summaries, facilitating business introductions, routing inquiries to the Host 3PL or matched logistics providers, communicating with you regarding fulfillment services, maintaining records of form submissions, improving the Services, and protecting the security and integrity of the platform.

Scapegoat does not use submitted logistics profile information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Scapegoat does not sell submitted information to data brokers or third-party advertising companies. Scapegoat may disclose submitted information to the Host 3PL and matched logistics providers for quote evaluation, business introduction, and related follow-up regarding fulfillment services requested by you.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain business records, enforce agreements, and support security and operational requirements.

6. SECURITY OF YOUR DATA

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect submitted information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or misuse. Operational metrics are transferred using commercially reasonable security measures and are intended to be accessible only to Scapegoat, the Host 3PL, matched logistics providers, and authorized service providers or personnel who need access for quote evaluation, business introduction, platform operation, security, or related follow-up purposes.

7. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, legal requirements, technology, or business practices. Any updates will be reflected by revising the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Policy. If we make material changes to how we collect, use, or disclose personal information, we will provide notice as required by applicable law.
